Please read these terms and conditions in full before using the 444kb platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and 444kb.

One Account Policy
Each person may create one account only. Operating multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure. 444kb reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for security purposes.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact the 444kb support team immediately.
Deposit Methods & Limits
444kb currently supports the following mobile banking methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Funds will be reflected in your account once the deposit is successfully processed.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
You must use your registered payment method for withdrawals. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Payment Verification
444kb reserves the right to carry out additional verification for large transactions. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional documents may be requested. Legal action may be taken in cases of fraudulent transactions.
Welcome Bonus
444kb offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳22,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳42,000.
Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). For example, receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) in bets must be completed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
General Bonus Terms
Bonuses will be forfeited if used for fraudulent purposes, claimed multiple times from different accounts, or obtained through any other irregular means. 444kb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms and conditions. Where a special offer applies, its relevant terms will be provided separately.
General Betting Rules
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. 444kb reserves the right to review results caused by technical errors. In cases of obvious error, bets may be voided and the stake returned.
Sports Betting
For sports betting, the official result of the event is considered final. If a match is cancelled, the stake will be returned. Each sport's market has its own specific rules.
Casino & Slots Games
All casino games operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for fair outcomes. 444kb is committed to fair play. Game rules are detailed within each game's own description.
Technical Issues
444kb is not liable for game interruptions caused by internet connection or device issues. In the event of a server-side error, affected bets will be reviewed and a fair resolution will be sought.
VIP Tier Benefits
444kb's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular play:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% plus additional benefits.
Cashback is credited automatically to eligible members' accounts. 444kb reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.
All Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Attempting to obtain bonus or promotional benefits fraudulently.
- Providing false or misleading information when creating an account.
- Attempting to gain a gaming advantage using software or automated systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of 444kb's systems.
- Misconduct or harassment toward other members.
Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, possible forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

444kb reserves the right to close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, detection of fraudulent activity, or as required by applicable law. In such cases, the member will be informed of the reason for closure.

Severability of Terms & Conditions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Failure by 444kb to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions will not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that provision.
